BN Management Hotel LandNola.com reports that a New Orleans-based hotel developer has plans to build a $50 Million hotel complex on vacant westbank land.BN Management, a hotel operator and developer led by Mr.Nguyen, is putting together the deal on a vacant tract of land in Terrytown.  He got one step closer to that dream Wednesday when the Gretna City Council annexed the land by unanimous vote.

The annexation was requested  because Jefferson does not provide sewerage service to that part of Terrytown.  Gretna already provides sewerage service to the nearby Holiday Inn New Orleans West Bank Tower.  Providing a sewer line for this project would cost an additional $3 million.

Mr. Nguyen experience in the hotel industry includes constructing, renovating and owning properties in multiple states along the Gulf Coast.   In addition to his executive positions at BN Management, Hi-Tech Commercial Contractors and NOGC-RC, he also manages more than 10 hotel properties.   BN Management’s hotel flags include the Comfort Inn, Best Western Plus, Hampton Inn, La Quinta Inn & Suites, and the Mainstay Inn.
