The owners of 404 Andrew Higgins Blvd. in the warehouse district have filed building permits to renovate the building into a new Andrew Higgins Pizza restaurant.
The location sits across the street from Cochon in a building that has sat dilapidated and abandoned for years.
The current structure is only 1,533 square feet, but includes an outdoor area which, according to plans filed with the city, will be turned into a pretty cool outdoor courtyard and patio.
The reported construction value is $210,000 according to filings with the city.
Charles Silbernagle of CIS Architects is the architect of record.
