The South Market District, the Domain Companies’ $200 million retail and multi-family development in the warehouse district, is well under way.
The development will feature furniture store Arhaus, a new parking garage, the city’s first car-share service, and 600 apartments.
Now, you can add a “parklet” to the list of features. What, exactly, is a parklet? It’s a small public space that acts an extension of the sidewalk to provide amenities and green space for people using the street.
