As part of the redevelopment of 111 Iberville Street into a new hotel, the city has required that the owners also redevelop the vacant building at 208 Bienville Street into residential units.

I have driven by this building many many times through the years and I always comments that I wish something would be done with the building. I’m glad so see that something is finally being done.
