New Orleans-based commercial real estate agency Corporate Realty has been acquired by Benson Capital, an investment firm led by Gayle Benson focused on the Gulf South.
There are currently 55 Corporate Realty employees, including President Mike Siegel who will remain in his role as the company continues to operate in New Orleans.
“New Orleans and the Gulf South are poised to grow significantly over the coming years, and I am committed to providing the resources necessary to help Corporate Realty not only grow and expand but to provide leadership in the communities they serve,” shared Siegel.
Siegel also noted that the vision Corporate Realty has for the city aligns with Benson’s.
A press release from Benson said the firm will now be able to expand its investment opportunity with the acquisition of Corporate Realty.
