Corporate Realty, one of the top retail brokerage firms in the city, was recently hired to provide management and leasing services for the Westbank Village Shopping Center, located at 901 Manhattan Blvd. in Harvey.

Tenants of the center include Bed Bath Beyond, HH Gregg, Kirklands, Marshall’s, Mattress Firm, Office Depot and others.  The square footage of Westbank Village is approximately 95,000sf and there is currently 13,000 sf available in-line and up to 14,000 sf on pad site build-to-suit available for lease.  The owners are asking $16/sf.
