Earlier last month a permit application was filed for the property located at 636 N Broad Street. Below is a description of the project from the permit application:

 

Conversion of a historic warehouse into a small 4-screen movie theater. Building is on the national and state registry of historic landmarks.”

 

Get The Gorilla LLC is the owner.

Construction Value is estimated to be $375,000.

Theater Consultant is Manga-Tech Electronic Co of Miami, Fl.
