Canal Street Beat partnered with luxury condo project Baker’s Row for our November’s Property Showcase Series last week.
The event was fantastic, with over 120+ people showing up to check out the brand new development and luxury condos. Dat Dog was also there and provided free hot dogs courtesy of Athena Real Estate.
Located in the heart of the Marigny at 2413-21 Dauphine Street, Baker’s Row is an eight unit luxury condominium development. The design includes eight off street parking spaces, gated entry, communal outdoor kitchen with grill and fridge, and a hot tub (check out some of the renderings here and site plan here).
Developers Mike Bosio and Kyle Resmondo of MK RED shared their development story, and showcased everything that went in to this beautiful new construction.
